How does a file become a part?
Four stages, the same for every print. Scroll to run one.
1/4SliceThe model becomes layers.
Slicing software cuts your file into hundreds of thin layers and plans the exact path the nozzle will follow.
2/4Print0.1 to 0.3 mm at a time.
The nozzle lays down molten plastic, one thin layer on top of the last, until the part stands up.
3/4StrengthWalls and infill set for the job.
Light infill for display pieces; thicker walls and denser infill for parts that carry load.
4/4FinishChecked and cleaned up by hand.
Supports come off, then every part is cleaned and checked, and sanded or painted if you need it.

No. A sketch, photo, measurements or the original part are enough to start. If a new model is needed, we quote the design work separately before we begin.
Do you only do 3D printing?
No. We're a one-stop shop: plastic and metal 3D printing, CAD design, CNC machining, laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication, so one quote can cover a whole project.
How quickly will I get a quote?
